I want to inform you that our school will be conducting a lockdown drill on tomorrow November 21, 2024 as part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all students and staff. During the drill, students and staff will practice the procedures for securing classrooms and following safety protocols in the event of an emergency. We believe that by conducting these drills, we are helping to prepare everyone in our school community for any situation that might arise. Some of our faculty took time out this summer to learn all about the Dragon Run and ways to incorporate this important part of our community into hands on lessons with the help of Friends of the Dragon Run through their Dragon Run Environmental Academy Mentorship (DREAM) program. We can't wait to see their new knowledge in action!
AP Kesling is such a great sport! KQES students enjoyed throwing water balloons at her after meeting their reading and math SOL goals.
